4. Diagnosefragebogen (Google Forms)
Der Diagnosefragebogen wird über Google Forms bereitgestellt. Wenn Sie den Fragebogen ausfüllen, werden Ihre Antworten auf Servern von Google LLC gespeichert. Google kann dabei auch Ihre IP-Adresse und technische Metadaten erfassen.

Die im Fragebogen erhobenen Daten werden ausschließlich zur Erstellung des Diagnoseberichts verwendet und nach spätestens 12 Monaten gelöscht.
5. Zahlungsabwicklung
Die Zahlung für den Diagnosebericht erfolgt per Banküberweisung. Dabei werden keine Zahlungsdaten über diese Website verarbeitet. Die für die Überweisung notwendigen Bankdaten werden Ihnen per E-Mail mitgeteilt.
6. Keine Cookies
Diese Website verwendet keine Cookies und kein Tracking. Es werden keine Analyse- oder Werbetools eingesetzt.
7. Ihre Rechte
